   What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we receive what you type into the form. This is your name, your phone number and anything else you add: email, city, business name, GSTIN, quantities and your message. We also see the page you wrote from and the language you were reading in.

Our hosting provider also sends us a few basic technical details with each enquiry. These are your browser type and your approximate location (country and city), based on your connection.

When you write to us on WhatsApp, call us or send an email, we receive what you choose to share that way.

2. 02

   Why we use it

We use it only to reply to you, to discuss the pieces you like, and to make and deliver your order.

3. 03

   Where it is kept

Enquiries are stored securely with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and arrive in our email inbox. Only our own team reads them. Conversations on WhatsApp are also covered by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.

4. 04

   We never sell it

We never sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not use them for advertising. We share them only when it is needed to deliver your order, or when the law requires it.

5. 05

   No tracking cookies

This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles of our visitors.

6. 06

   Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the details you sent us. Write to shilprajjewelz@gmail.com and we will take care of it. The only exception is records the law asks us to keep, such as invoices for completed orders.
