Can you make a piece from a photograph?
Yes. A photo, a sketch or a design code from our collections is enough to start. We adjust the weight, size, length and stones for you.
Can I change a design from your collections?
Yes. Any design can be made heavier or lighter, longer or shorter, or with different stones.
What gold do you use?
Every piece is made in 22 karat (916) gold and is BIS hallmarked. Each piece has its own six-digit HUID, which you can check in the BIS Care app.
How long does it take to make a piece?
Every piece is made to order, so we agree the timeline with you before we begin. Please mention your occasion date in your first message.
Can you make matching pieces for the family?
Yes. We can make matching pieces for the family, in a weight that suits each person.
Do you deliver outside India?
Yes. We deliver across India and abroad.
Which languages do you speak?
